报告人简介🏄🏿♀️♟： Michel Chipot是苏黎世大学数学研究所的教授。他在H. Brezis的指导下获得了巴黎第六大学的博士学位👩👨🏻🌾。他担任的主要职务包括：1971-1983年南希大学助理研究员; 1981-1982年布朗大学访问助理教授; 1983-1985年马里兰大学访问助理教授; 1985-1995年🤛🏻，梅斯大学教授🧙♀️；1995年至今任苏黎世大学教授; 2017-2019年中国科学技术大学访问教授👲🏼。他的研究方向包括变分不等式🧑🏼，非线性问题✧，椭圆方程和方程组，抛物方程🙆🏼♀️，变分学，应用问题和数值分析🧑🏻⚕️。他发表了200篇文章和7本书🤦🏽♀️💢，指导了25名博士生🧗🏻，组织了40多次国际会议🙎🏽♀️，包括Metz Days和欧洲椭圆和抛物问题会议（创始人）🐛。他是20多种国际期刊的编委会成员，“椭圆和抛物线方程杂志”的创始人和主编🚷，主编了20本会议论文集和微分方程手册（稳态偏微分方程💏，6卷）👮🏼♂️。他获得的荣誉包括欧洲科学院院士（2009年）🤦🏼♂️。 报告内容🚷： We consider the p-Laplacian problem with the exponent of the nonlinearity p depending on the solution u. Both situations when p(u) is a local quantity or when p(u) is nonlocal are studied. For the associated boundary-value local problem, we prove the existence of weak solutions by using a singular perturbation technique. We also prove the existence of weak solutions to the nonlocal version of the associated boundary-value problem. The issue of uniqueness for these problems is addressed, in particular by working out the uniqueness for a one dimensional local problem and by showing that the uniqueness is easily lost in the nonlocal case.
