报告人简介： 周茂林教授📤🔬，2009年在南开大学（数学试点班）获得学士学位🏂🏽♓️，2012年和2014年在东京大学分别获得硕士、博士学位😢🧚🏽♀️，导师为俣野（Matano）。2014年至2016年在澳大利亚新英格兰大学做校长战略博士后，2017年获得 DECRA（Discovery Early Career Researcher Award）特任研究员。目前为南开大学陈省身数学研究所研究员🎻，主要研究兴趣包括非线性椭圆型和抛物型偏微分方程💻🙇🏽、自由边界问题及其应用，在JMPA🔉、AIHP、SIAM🖱、JFA、CVPDE🏊🏼♀️、JDE等国际一流数学期刊发表多篇学术论文🧓🏻。
报告内容： In this talk, we show some recent progress on the limit problem of the principal eigenvalue of some second elliptic and parabolic operators, especially when the advection coefficient converges to infinity. It has some applications on the existence and stability of stationary solutions for single equations and system. This is a joint work with Shuang Liu, Yuan Lou and Rui Peng. |
